🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Makeup that has been opened

  • Used beauty tools

  • Skincare or haircare products that have been opened

  • Any product not in its original condition

 

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need an exchange, contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged item.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

❗ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
